BCST is safe and recommended during pregnancy, as it calms the nervous system for both mother and child. It strengthens emotional bonding and eases stress during and after birth thereby preventing medical interventions that may cause distress to mum and baby after birth.
Indications for Mums
- Digestive distress, acute nausea, weakness, vertigo, spotting
- Spine care, back pain, sciatica, scoliosis, hip injuries, stiffness pattens: treating these in time is helpful for an easy labour
- Gestational diabetes, hypertension, anxiety, foetal distress, foetal low weight
- Delayed labour, long labour, quick labour
- Birth Trauma – mother baby separation, separation anxiety
- Re-establishing bonding & attachment stage for mum & baby.
- Hormonal & physiological recovery for mums
- Fatigue, water retention, sleep issues
- POST NATAL DEPRESSION
